Of Point Breeze on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, age 91.  Beloved wife of the late Pittsburgh Symphony violist Godfrey Layefsky; mother of Elena Brady (Joseph); grandmother of James and Cameron Brady.  Virginia was a Julliard trained pianist and published author of many short stories and the novel entitled “Impossible Things.”  Funeral and Interment private.   Arrangements by McCabe Bros., Inc. www.mccabebrothers.com
