Obituary of Robert Cohen

Robert J. Cohen Jr., 74, of Squirrel Hill, died Sunday, June 26, 2016. He was the beloved son of the late Robert J. and Ruth Berkman Cohen; sister of Judith C. Callomon (the late James); and uncle of Betsy Callomon. After graduating from Boston University, Bob began his career in city government as an aide to Mayor Joseph Barr. He was instrumental in bringing cable television to Pittsburgh as Warner's manager of government affairs. Bob also worked in Harrisburg as a lobbyist and consultant for clients such as the Tobacco Institute and the AFL-CIO.
