Obituary of Myrna Paris

Paris Myrna L. (Fletcher) Of Shadyside on Monday, July 18, 2016, age 68. Beloved wife of Barry Paris and adored mother of Merica Paris Frost & Ben Paris; loving sister of Karen Guggisberg (Larry), Kent Fletcher (Linda), Pamela Loyle, and Duke Paris (Nancy); devoted daughter of the late E. Reid & Genevieve Fletcher; also survived by cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, colleagues and students. A memorial service will be held at Smithfield United Church of Christ, 620 Smithfield Street, on Sunday at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a future music scholarship fund in memory and celebration of Myrna Paris and her life-long dedication to music and teaching, in care of the family.
