Marion’s impeccable taste was reflected in everything she did. I have never been in the presence of anyone who looked as consistently stylish and chic, as Marion. There was no such thing as an off day for her!
Marion started working as a very young woman at Larrimor’s. Marion’s reputation as a style arbiter, and consummate professional was a great example to all!

As the representatives from any line would present her a pattern card, she would look, and nod - either up once for yes, or a quick back and forth, left to right for pass. I educated myself by watching her and deciding which patterns and colors would get the “yes” nod.
