I will always remember John as a good soul. He was a people person very smart and knowledgeable. You could ask him mostly anything about a car or truck and he would know how to steer you in the right direction. He loved everyone as a whole. I will miss some of the conversations I had with him. I feel bad that I haven't had the chance to speak with him in a long while. But I will always remember that he treated me good. Very sad to hear about John’s passing. I’ve known John since first grade at Sacred Heart. Spent a couple of months with him on the 5th floor of Shadyside hospital as a result of a car accident we were in. Many great memories. He was good friend. Rest in peace John.

John was my dearest and closest friend. We lived together for 4 years and had so many memories. I was blessed to be his best man and he was in my wedding as well. We stayed in touch after I moved to Virginia in 1984 and to Seattle in 1991. I will miss my friend but I will be forever thankful for his friendship and brotherly love.
