JEAN M. HIGGINS Of Garfield, on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Jean is survived by her three sons, Rick Williams, Charles Williams, and Andrew Higgins (Jessica Nikolich); three grandchildren MaKenna Williams, Cassidy Williams, and Benjamin Higgins; her siblings, Richard Higgins (Nancy), Cathy Miller (Robert), Patricia Horgan (Michael), and Karen Mahon (Michael); and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Patricia Higgins. Jean loved to shop, but more than anything, she loved to give gifts to her family whom she loved so very dearly.
