To the Family of Phil,
Phil was such a big part of our St. Raphael's family and of our family as well. He was always watching out for my children and always had a kind word and words of encouragement when needed. We will miss his "Irish" brogue and his big kind heart and soul. We imagine he is doing a great Irish jig with the Angels! -Frank, Shelley, Drake & Addi
