Condolences
OMG Hard to believe this
My sincere condolences to Loraine and the kids. I remember the great times we had together. He was a dear friend back when and a hell of a good man.

Lorraine and family: Our sincere condolences. I marched in the Pitt Varsity Marching Band with Hank and remember Hank as a good friend and, over the years, a great engineer. I also worked for Westinghouse, but in turbine/generator, not nuclear. But I ran across nuclear folks often, and they all held Hank in high regard. I don’t know that you will remember, but my wife, Dee, and I attended your wedding, and then got married one week later. So we know you were fast approaching your 50th. So sorry that Hank didn’t make it. Our sincere condolences to you and your family. I know he will be missed dearly.
My deepest condolences to the Sepp family. Your father was such a sweet man and I have very fond memories of him. I am thinking of you and sending thoughts and prayers to you all.

I frequently worked with Hank during my 37 year career with Westinghouse. He was a great engineer, manager, and person. My deepest sympathy to all the members of his family.
Lorraine and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. You lost a husband and father and we lost a best friend. Hank was such an great guy, there are simply no words.... Love to you all, John & Kathy.
My sincere condolences to Hank’s family! My late husband, Bob Osterrieder, worked with Hank for many years so I immediately recognized the name in the obituaries. I hope fond memories of Hank and support from family, friends and colleagues bring you all comfort in the days and years to come.
Kathy Osterrieder
Hank is one of the greatest men I have ever known. I will miss him very much. Thanks, Loraine, for sharing him.
To Lorraine, family, and friends - our heart felt condolences during this difficult time. We were shocked to hear the news of his illness and passing. We wish you strength during the difficult days ahead. Hank was a great boss, colleague, and friend. May your memories help you during this time and allow us all to celebrate the life of a great person.
I know I'll remember his smile and that positive & enthusiastic attitude.
Sharing in your sorrow. Many years of friendship and good memories are in my heart. May God’s light shine on Hank.
I am really saddened by this news! I had only worked with Hank for a few years and I have nothing but positive memories of our relationship. He was a evenhanded manager full of support and a terrific example of how to manage work life balance in a hectic world. I have missed working with him since we parted ways due to new assignments and even when I later ran into him from time to time he was always as I remembered him - supportive and showing genuine interest for what was happening in my life. Our thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family.
Sincerest Condolences,
John and Carol Ghergurovich
I knew Hank most of my time with Westinghouse (36 years) and he personally took an involvement with my career several times. As his obituary reads “Hank had a storied career, but it was his love for family and friends that he will be most remembered for”; he tended to treat his people like family…and that is what I will remember most about him. I regret not being able to tell him just how important he was to me and how I tried to emulate his treatment of people that he worked with in my work and home. I was shocked when I heard about his passing and later cried when I told my wife. My heart goes out to his family and I hope the fact that Hank affected me and many others in such a positive way gives some solace and, in any way, can ease some of their pain. He was a very good man and I was proud and blessed to know him.
This is very sad news! Many have worked for Hank at Westinghouse, I had the pleasure to have reported directly to Hank for several years. I have never known anyone to exemplify the qualities of leadership better. Most import for me has been Hank's example of proper balance of home and work life. From my perspective, Hank was a devoted family man who also did an amazing job for W. God Bless Hank & Lorraine.
I worked with Hank in his final assignment as director of Major Component Replacements & Engineering at Westinghouse. In my 38 years in the business, Hank was truly one of the finest individuals I had the experience of working with or reporting to. Hank always had a positive attitude and outlook that made working with him a pleasure. Kind and understanding, Hank was able to lead his team to achieve terrific business results while keeping a balance of work and home life. I miss Hank and I pray that his family can find comfort in knowing that he was loved and respected by the many people whose lives he touched.
I had the pleasure of being Hank's Administrative Aide for the last 4 years of his career with Westinghouse. He never made me feel like I was just his secretary. We shared the good times and the not so good times, and I knew I could be both professional and personal with Hank. He gave me good advice and he accepted me into his family. My time spent with him and Lorraine are precious to me, especially at this time. I am grateful to God to for the privilege of not only having Hank as a boss, but also as a friend. I will continue to pray for Lorraine and their family as they grieve this wonderful man. God blessed us all with his life. With love, Joyce Szepessy.
I am saddened by the news of Hank and am sending my thoughts and prayers to Lorraine and the rest of his family. Hank was the first director I worked for as a new manager at Westinghouse and I appreciated him as a leader and mentor as I learned and developed in that role. As I continue through my career, I will always consider Hank as a role model that helped shape me as the leader that I am today and will be in the future.
I knew Hank for almost 40 years and we worked together closely in the early 90's. He was certainly a talented person of great integrity but what I remember most was always is love of finding something humorous in even the most difficult moments. Godspeed buddy! Pete Morris
I worked with Hank for a number of years in my Tenure with Westinghouse. He was always a Gentleman and I throughly enjoyed working with him, always accepting and willing to support the smallest task. Rest in Peace Hank and I pray that God will give your family comfort and peace as they grieve. Bubba Humphries
